I think xitter only temporarily withhold accounts. Have come across too many withheld accounts getting reinstated in the past. How do I put it, their policies are weird, inconsistent and opaque - so retards like Qamar Cheema would have been unbanned anyway.

YouTube, Insta et al have more consistent policies tho - them reinstating accounts indicate clear gormint directive.

They cited national security risks and those court cases went nowhere. That policy has been pretty consistent - like there was this porki movie that was supposed to release in India, Some dhandho (Zee?) even bought the streaming rights but had to relent cuz gormint approached a Court and obtained a stay against the release citing national security reasons, again!

Some folks here talk too much like they are going to change the world tbh. Let's be honest any of us won't fair that well as PM but love to think being PM is halwa. And anything can be done magically like pressing a switch. Running a government is complex affair. Criticise the government and the incumbent but some people do it in such a stupid way, uh what is the term "cringe". It's easier to say "We need this revolutionary leader", "This revolutionary leader would do XYZ", etc. Truth is most people who talk like that have a very idealised view of what a leader should be far from ground realities. And when that depiction which they had in mind doesn't meet reality they chimp out. And try to be realistic. Also remember folks like us sitting in a 4 by 4 room somewhere in an AC quarter doing wagie job have very little understanding of how the government works, how politics work or how even a CM works. Our understanding is superficial. So we can criticise the policies and the person but it should be logical. No need to start behaving like chimp..

It's fine we all have frustration regarding certain things that happen in the country. We try to express that to cool off our mind. But we need to always remember that, running a country is a complex affair..not as easy and sweeping as laymen like us think. In short I think being frustrated and expressing that opinion is fine, we all do that including me but we should keep this mature thought in our mind as well wrt to statecraft as whole..

Let me tell you something some people might think Yogi will be a ubber aggressive PM (if he ever becomes one). But he too will have to work under various constraints. And he will face the heat from his own voter base for it eventually because of the difference in their idealization and reality shaped by the duty and constraints as PM. He will still gonna be macho PM but just not the same way people think. There will be some maryada that he too cannot cross. And people would be disappointed when he wouldn't do that. That's why I don't have high expectations from even the most agressive leaders as PM. Because that role in itself makes them follow a certain path, where they have walk carefully and perform their duty. There is a limit to how much a leader can influence the stagecraft as whole. He/She is just a catalyst. At the end it is a collaborative effort.
