However, it might also be a distraction. Striking our dam or dropping a bomb near it resonates with their public, reinforcing the message that Pakistan army can go to any extent to protect its water. A member could also add reasons why Pakistan might not respond or why they may choose to exercise restraint.

I dont think this would fly as we have set examples multiple times that we hit terror camps. World will not buy it, we have briefed other countries on what our targets were, and maybe what our further actions maybe.
