I HIGHLY doubt that this is deception by Pakistan. Remember, Pakistan Army's whole SoP with Pahalgam was to rally support from the masses for the military again. Therefore, if they were planning anything, they'd be screaming so at the top of their voices. The level of HUMINT and SIGINT gathering capabilities India has demonstrated with Op Sindoor, Pakistan must understand that such futile deception tactics (that is if it is deception) wouldn't work against India.
