Operation Sindoor and Aftermath

NIA has 95% conviction rate but what really happens is the court comes to save the terrorists in the name of human rights. One such example of courts being sympathetic to a repeated offender, that too an ISIS terrorist.

He is Saquib Nachan.

First arrested in 1991 for a Gujarat terror case, sentenced to life, but the SC reduced it to 10 years. He walked free in 2001. Did he reform? Lol.

In 2003, arrested again for the triple Mumbai blasts, sentenced to 10 years but released early for good behaviour. Did he reform? Lol.

He went back in his village Padgha (Thane rural), declared it a ‘liberated zone’ called ‘Al-Sham’, administered ‘Bayath’, an oath to ISIS Khalifa, recruited youth from Padgha-Borivali, and plotted terror across India. In 2023, arrested again for planning a drone attack on Mumbai. Will he reform? Lol. You might say no. But trust the judiciary to give him another chance.

To know how much the judiciary loves him : In 2024, while in jail, he moved the SC against govt notifications declaring ISIS a terrorist organization. The Court, instead of dismissing his plea outright, heard it, allowing him to represent himself online.

Several of his relatives are terrorists, some fought for ISIS in Syria.
Any sane system would have neutralized him at the first crime itself, but our justice system enabled him to create an empire of terrorism, recruiting so many others.

@Ajayant Tripathi See how serious our courts are when it comes to NatSec. To them their own holier than thou ideals, how impractical & detrimental to the country could be, are above NatSec. NIA and Indian states try every thing in the book to put these guys behind bar that's why the conviction rate is almost 96%. But courts have this stupid humanity bs, where they can reduce the jail term or even grant them parole/bail (funnily enough many have ran away during these periods yet courts haven't learnt their lessons).

Agreed. I seriously think NIA needs to have a special unit for such works. Whenever a terrorist get scot free because of our milaudas, they should execute their work without leaving much evidence leading it to them..

Idk why do we have state ats, stf and all
Ghar ke andar ab 0.5 front nahi poora 1 front hai
We are in 3 front
First all buslims used to support pork that dont do war, bad for humanities
Now majority hondas are doing rr

Porkis winning narrative battle is like our scamgress winning moral victory after every election loss . let them keep winning the narrative and let us keep trashing the porki pigs ..every time they win a narrative battle they should loose 20 jets in actual battle on ground and soon will be left without an airforce

on this narratives war segment of the current escalation, a few fundamentals we need to recognise.

if we just look at the top news headlines both countries were discussing on internal affairs since apr 22nd.

pakistan :
- potential Indian response to pahalgam
- IMF loans
- PTI/imran khan

India:
- US VP visit
- terrorism
- op sindoor
- caste census
- UK trade deal
- MSP
- 3nm chip
- 100+ railway developed railway stations to be inaugurated

if pahalgam hadn't happened we would have been discussing a lot more diverse topics.

on the narratives front, pakiland is at an advantage. anti-India narrative is centrally controlled by ISI, and this is ISI's core focus. there is no one there who is going to counter or dilute talking points put forth by ISPR, from within pakiland. even the foreign journalists cannot say no to ISPR, if they do they will lose access to pakiland .ISPR has a single point agenda, and have made a lot of investments in that direction, and obviously they will be some corresponding good outcomes as well.

in our case, GoI's talking points are always sabotaged on political lines especially congis. and then we have exfarts who constantly dilute our talking points.

with these fundamentals, it will always look like India is losing the narrative wars for a short period.

In the 1970s, Indian Air Force had demanded a strength of 65 squadrons, but today the requirement has been reduced to just 45. I’m not sure why—perhaps operational needs have changed, and so have the aircraft. during the 1971 war, the Indian Air Force was actually much larger than it is today.
Advent of multirole aircraft like Su-30s and Mirages may have played a role in that too.

Are BJP top brass full of ignorants. informing pakistani govt before bombing them, is traitorous. Whoever made this decision should be charged with sedition charges.

True,
BJP attacked Pakis
and before attacking pakis, they sent the attack plans with targets, weapons to be used, flight paths etc etc.

Pakis in turn just accepted that and let India attack them so that BJP get's mileage.

It all makes sense now.

It's a warning. Nothing beyond that. Same like Americans, Israelis give in the Middle East.
Too much sensationalism by the loser oppositions & their coolies with peanut brains.
Grow the hell up.
Suddenly they care about national security while consistently covering up for Pakistan militias & Bangladeshis illegals. Crazy hypocrisy.
These Congress brasses just keep quoting each other.

That's not what he meant. He said start of the operation not before the operation started. That means on the first night of the operation after we hit the terror bases we informed Pakistan about it and asked them it can end if they don't retaliate. His statement is consistent with what was later revealed in the armed forces press conference.

Yes he should have been more careful in the words he chose to deliver the message as it can be easily misconstrued, which it did. He has given clarification on this later but the opposition is unnecessarily doubling down on this.

By the way, can any informed member here confirm whether IAF uses any specialized runway denial munitions like Matra Durandal or not?? @Azaad , @randombully
We don't have a direct equivalent, I.e. identical version, but we have drdo SAAW and spice 2000 which are primary anti airfield/runway weapons.
Plus other glide bombs we are developing can also be used.

And then there are missile based warheads like this one designed for use against airbases, used in prithvi missile.
Basically mini oreshnik.
