Dificult to get more specific. for example, IAF might have some estimates based on human intel or past sat data on what was in there on the targetted structures. But that is not proof of what was in there at the point of impact, unless it has access to those structures post impact it can't prove BDA claims that is specific.

The moment IAF makes such specific claims, the narrative will shift from how IAF made deep precision stikes on PAf bases to how IAF made unsbstanciated claims about assets.

Basically deterrence has not been established. So, Op Sindoor though validated our ability to strike at will has not been enough.
