No, theyare Mirage 3 and 5, the 4000 you are talking about was a proposed twin engine m2k that went no where and got replaced by rafale

Mirage 4000 is even more advanced than mirage 2000. Infact before rafale france offered mirage 4000 to india .
Many technologies of rafale were taken from mirage 4000
The project was ultimately cancelled by french in favour of rafale

they definitely crossed the border or were within 1km of the border. else if you get hit by standoff weapons from across the border, its extremely unlikely you will crash on enemy ground - unless you deliberately tried to while descending after the hit.
