These are yesterday's attacks. They are now surfacing with time. Expect more such videos. Understand this. If drone attack ka happen, it won't be only in okara. There will be swarm of such videos.

it's an assumption based on the context of no news of counter attack for last night's aggression.. downplaying of yesterday night's events by media this morning.. no talk of Karachi attack, pilot capturing etc.. indian officials appearing on foreign media.. all this points to we being prodded to de-escalate by other powers.. which is not too far fetched that they would be using investments etc as pressure tactic.. especially the OIC members and Europe which have soft corner for the enemy

One has to wonder, where does a possible naval assualt on pak navy and karachi,lies on the escalation ladder, I assume pretty high up.

Actually they do have more credibility. Thats why they have circulation and subscription all around the world. We don't have a equivalent homegrown media house like BBC or WaPo or NYT. And if we are to build one, it won't happen by spreading such childish stories.

There is a difference between their level of propaganda and ours. Ours was so transparently incredulous last night that it was laughable.

Still nothing in India quite as large and global as BBC, though WION is pretty big, particularly when Palki Sharma was there. It was obtaining profuse praise from non-Indians for covering stories and presenting perspectives not seen in the Western media. There is incredulity sometimes in the Indian media, but the propaganda of NY Times, BBC et al is more insidious. The whole way they covered the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh was simply disgusting, dismissing it as retaliation for Hindus voting for the Awami party!( can you believe it, justifying killing because someone voted for a party that the attacker doesn't like). Also, that idiotic cartoon about India's mars mission involving the peasant and his cow knocking on the door of a modern office, still grates with some Indians. The BBC repeatedly raising the 'is India right to explore outer space when there is so much poverty..blah blah. What is so admirable about this approach?

There is additionally the very pertinent issue of not so much what these media cover, but what they *don't* cover. So many times, I ( and no doubt many others) have shaken my head wondering "how did they miss that story?" To give just a few examples, Moslems and Christians re-converting to Hinduism, Moslems or Christians praising Hindus, Sikhs strongly against Khalistan, Hindu males killed for dating a Moslem woman, the severe persecution of Kashmiri Hindus and also killing of pro-India Kashmiris, the utter cleansing of Pakistani controlled Kashmir of *every*( literally) Hindu there, people in neighbouring countries praising India and its achievements, refusing to scrutinise countries in south east Asia the way they do India, with negative, derogatory, scathing or ridiculing remarks from people within those places...

Don't just go by "hey they are probably more accurate than the Indian media when it comes to military casualties in wars'. Consider editorial policies and very selective reporting.

i am keeping a tab on their media and they were airing the news about morning drone attacks i thought it was of this region.

This is like hockey match pakistan 0 India 2, descalation won't happen until pakistan hits 1 , even if it's like Pakistan 1 - India 5. We should try and keep pakistani score 0 as far as we can.. because this need to score at least 1 is urging pakistan to escalate. And here is our chance to score more..
