We are recalibrating from killing terrorists and losing armed forces to killing military and losing civilians.

This is a civilizational war. You'll have to factor in both politics and military. If you see historic trend, then there's a good chance we pass this war down to our children.

You don't want them to bear the burden of their cause being associated with something terrible that can be pinned on them completely, like what happened with the Germans.

America designs false flags for itself to justify it's actions, that's how important domestic opinion is.

We won't need false flags, but we will need to wait out our own people's patience to run out.

So you want a Pearl Harbour so you can justify the response. In whose eyes? To the world it will not make any difference.

what nonsense is this? Indian civilians are not some toys like the paki jihadist infest population. Think before you write. Our Army and Gov has a strategy, but definitely not this nonsense.

Our whole line is we won't respond till Porkies escalate. What's the measure for escalation?

There should be an announcement by our Govt or Armed Forces that they are not liable for any civilian air liner being shot in Paki airspace, Commercial Airlines are responsible for their own safety while flying in Paki air space.

After this announcement if they continue these schemes, shoot one down just to show that we mean business.

That after F117s destroyed Iraqi C&C on day 1. I remember that from some discovery documentary on stealth aircrafts I saw as a kid.

About 5 weeks of combat ; combat preparations started in August from saudin arabia and everything ended by february

when I was in the gulf war in 91. It was a very fast war . USA hit Iraq with overwhelming force.
I wish India would do the same to pakis in this war, this wait and see strategy is really testing
one's patience??

USA didn't border a nuclear armed Iraq that shared common border.

USA's warfighting ways are not adoptable in Indian context.

Also people, do realise this is indeed a turn based game at this point. However the turns are not day to day. It is move to move.

Right now Pakistan is still making it's move. It is an inefficient enemy so this is how it looks. India has the capability for blitz chess but Pakis are too low down in ELO so they're taking much more time.

Next move will be when some new capability is used.

Probably they don't have proximity fuse or they are legacy systems. It's as good as tukka mara and pray it hits. I saw a video with people shouting Allah akbar praying the ammunitions hit

There was just as bad a threat from Saddam's chemical weapons , specifically
sarin liquid and tabun gas. I was in the medical side and training people in NBC units for

We need a desi counterpart of the Miniature Hit to Kill Missile (MHTK) immediately!

A smol ±10km ±25kg cheap Fox1 (ie no seeker of its own) radar-guided dart, with a frag-grenade to destroy slow-moving drones by contact, this cutting the fuse cost. Dozens vertically mounted on a 4×4 vehicle, maybe disguised as a cargo truck or ports cabin.

Which one is better to kill a drone. A HTK or a Proximity Fuze based system?

In your 2nd line, you talk about a frag grenade + destroying drones by contact.
Don't you think that the cost of HTK systems escalates very quickly as you are using n times of the same ammo to do HTK.
