I have a question, a ballistic missile can be intercepted by air defense systems but is it possible to intercept a missile or glide bomb launched from a fighter jet?

yes. any missile that has terminal phase and is A2G can be intercepted by ADS.
Depending on speed and manuevers, windows are smaller for intercept. Cruise missiles have shorter intercept time-window because they are not ballistic in trajectory, they are low flying ( relative to exiting and re-entering earth atmosphere) and therefore ADS is useless until missile crosses the horizon. You cant point your radar at the sky and see it take off from over 5,000 kms away.
