Pakistan initiated contact with India, and both sides agreed to a ceasefire, effective from 5 pm Saturday, after direct talks between their military officials, the government said.

According to the babu, this is a direct DGMO to DGMO ceasefire negotiation between India and Bakistan directly, no Marco Goobio or Dolund Cunt involved

Pakistan reached out to India, and the ceasefire was negotiated directly between the two countries, the government said on Saturday, confirming the truce after days of military action and heightened tension between the two neighbours.

"The Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) of Pakistan called the DGMO of India at 15.30 hours (3.30 pm) this afternoon. It was agreed between them that both sides would cease all firing and military action on land, in the air, and at sea with effect from 1700 hours (5 pm)," Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said.

The way it's written it seems as a military decision and not something permanent as Dolund and pals were saying.

One cope I come up with after reading this is we also are buying some time via this for military preparation, so it's not a permanent cheesefire, Pakis will hit after they are prepared.

In just 2 days pakis had to run to USA and beg to get a. Ceasefire . So pakis wat capability against India is 2 days.

Every Indo Pak conflict is seen by the world as between "2 nuclear armed neighbours" so there will always be pressure and the window of opportunity for India will be short.
