perspectives can't be changed and neither can facts.

There is simply no country that can say with a straight face that they can stop islamic terror.
and my response was a 'No' when it comes to India as well.
Can we stop islamic terror? No
Are we doing a better job stopping it than we were 10 years back? yes

The different perspectives here is our opinion on what can achieved wrt Pakistan.
some think complete decimation is possible as of today, others think we need few more years to be in that position.
You belong to the former and I belong to the later.
