Never change Pakis, never change. Younger folks here do not realise how much advantage this Paki attitude gives us. They bask in self proclaimed glory while reeling with failures and hence their public doesn't demand improvement. We, on the other hand, chew our govt and forces alive even for small failures, forcing them to improve. This difference in mindset is one of the tremendous advantage we have.

We need more airframe not less. We're in no position to throw away even a mig 29 airframe let alone Rafale. Infact we need more Rafale to fill the immediately gap because Tejas mk2 alone can't fill it

What next after operation Sindoor?
We need to order 2-3 squadrons of Su30 MKI ( specially to carry 3 ton
) and start the super Sukhoi upgrade for rest of the fleet. Su30 is a BEAST. Buy 40 more Rafales.
Accelerate Tejas MK2 and AMCA programme
Replenish all our indigenous systems by 2X or more.
Clear all the Indigenous procurements lamenting in universe trials ( army should be given a Grand pichwada lath) and supply chain/ manufacturing capabilities should be boosted.
RAW budget whatever it is should be doubled / tripled. should focus on growing a deep network in Pakistan to sabotage pak
DRDO should be handed over whatever they ask (especially missile dept)
ISRO budget should be increased to build more spy satellites and NAVIC/IRNSS satellites.
Import Bahadur’s should be kicked out from south block.

Our armed forces have been exceptional, what they did goes beyond our expectation. Our citizens have displayed exceptional courage while our military dealt with the threats from across the border.

I don't know what were your goals- taking POK or breaking Pakistan into pieces, it wasn't the objective of GOI. What GOI objectives were from Pulwama, we overachieved that. We hadn't even expected that we will perform militarily so excellent.
Much as we all would want to break Pakistan into pieces, and taking POK- the two are not separate from one another. We could have done that, probably that is what you are thinking. But the costs would have been too much. We will achieve it but at a much lesser cost in the future.
