WHy does she deserve to get any money???? She was only married for 4 months!!!!!! She does not deserve any kind of alimony whatsoever. Here in US, you only get permanent alimony if you get married for a long time and you have shown that you have contributed to the household wealth in some tangible way.

Topical podcast by Vaad on the divorce laws in our country , its abuse , shortcomings & the reasons for it besides suggesting remedial measures. Got to hand it to Vaad for the timely discussion especially in the light of the recent suicide case of Atul Subash , public reaction to it & the scores of similar such cases coming to light . Definitely worth a watch IMO !

Indian feminists are going to get some brutal reality checks in the coming decades.

I frankly don't see a single reason to marry a woman aged 35+. A 35+ year old woman has most likely had multiple relationships and isn't traditional. With the way divorce laws are i.e permanent maintenance etc, I don't see anyone except the most desperate, bottom tier men going for these women.

At 35 + women only have divorced men as option while on AM stride. 35+ men always have the option to match up with women between 28 to 33. Men always date down lower age.
A man is always 10 years younger biologically and possibly more if he takes care of his health regardless of age.
Average age of menopause in India is 46 much lower than western world.

My dudes I say this in behalf of the manosphere.
Gym membership is more important than mobile recharge at this point. If noting else than keep a skipping rope and do 30 mins of skipping. Eat good stay good and do good.

Recent case:
34F girls got married via Matrimonial Platform. Girl was high earning IT professional. She demanded for Pre-wedding Photo shoot in Italy and Video shoot in London. Guy obliged for both.
After marriage both moved to London.
6 months into marriage both filed for divorce - both having their own new partner in London now!​

There are enough simps and horny guys out there who will run after 35+ F. However, most of the time they realize their blunder after getting married to one within 6-7 months.

Saw this on Linkedin today. lol.

29 year old unemployed B.Com grad.

Complains about 45LPA but the guy is 5' 5" and 17LPA but he is bald.

Once these women get into early 30's, they are going to get a lot of reality checks. Their age will start showing and options will start dropping dramatically. Their desperation will automatically lower their standards exponentially. Seen this personally.

And 35+ will only get divorcees/widowers or 40+ year old men.

AM in my circles still means getting alliances with far off relatives from same caste via connections.

This urban AM where people talk on apps and get married is nothing but red flags to me.

This is why females always need some kind of preferably male supervision, even if it is of the kind that seems stifling and then some even if it is erring on the side of caution. They can't be trusted to act in their own best interests, doesn't matter how many useless degrees they have or what their title is in the FAANG co. They work for.
