Pahalgam Islamic Terror Attack

If it were that easy, why aren't other countries doing it then. Trust me, It's very easy to write all this on anonymous phorum with a few hundred members where our decisions and rants have no real life consequences.

Nuclear deterrence is a very real thing and that's why so many countries go to such extreme extent to deny the bomb to their opponent in the first place. Pakistan is just like North Korea at this point, it has very little to lose.
Pakistan has developed tactical, or battlefield, nuclear weapons precisely because it knows the Indian military would never allow it to prepare for a full-scale nuclear launch in a major conflict. It’s not as if Pakistan could ready a nuclear missile while India sits idle.

Something came to my mind...

Couple of weeks ago... a video was posted on "Failed terrorist state" thread of a paki youtuber explaining Indo pak nuclear war... with all kind of AI graphics (never seen before with any paki propagandist)

At that time... I thought why out of the blue this paki is talking shit... I even scrolled through his video list and I didn't find any Ind-pak war related or similar content from past... so why suddenly he came out with such stuff?

Then it had approx 3 lakh views... mostly Indians.

Now it seems it was info op... manipulating gandhian-nehruvian Indians before this pahalgam attack.

@FalconSlayers I think you posted that video... can you share the link... not finding it.

This propaganda—that Pakistan would launch nuclear weapons on India while the Indian military remains idle and does nothing to protect its territory—has been promoted by Indian, Pakistani, and Western media to create a psychological deterrent to war. However, there is no truth to it, and the Indian military is well aware of this. That’s why they never emphasize Pakistan’s possession of nuclear weapons.

Now that you mention it, I remember that the escalation started with a terrorist attack in India in that video too. Coincidence or maybe not?

Edit: It seems that I remembered wrong. It was just a normal military escalation.

Indus Water Treaty suspended: How will it impact Pak?

This 👇
Flushing can help India desilt its reservoir but then filling the entire reservoir could take days. Under the treaty, reservoir filling after the flushing has to be done in August -- peak monsoon period -- but with the pact in abeyance, it could be done anytime. Doing it when sowing season begins in Pakistan could be detrimental especially when a large part of Punjab in Pakistan depends on the Indus and its tributaries for irrigation.

IWT to in its current form is just some world play. There is little to no infrastructure on the western rivers and in a democracy 5-10 years down the line BJP being present or not is always a question though i will always hope for their success.

This is pretty much an eye wash nothing more nothing less.
Written words carry their own weight. Govt needed an excuse to come out of the treaty and the incident gave just that. Irrespective of the infrastructure at present the abeyance of the treaty is a welcome step

We have been a very poor state with myopia... Israel sought refuelling permission for taking out Kahuta and other nuclear facilities, but we simply did not allow. The result can be seen..

The great normalcy returned within 48 hours, main stream media shifted to broadcasting vatican funeral, restrictied discussions on this topic. Public anger will calm down gradually. Just empty talks is that what we are capaable of. Even after 60 years we failed to realise that pak cannot be tamed thru diplomatic punitive measures. Bloody democracy!!!!

9-15 years in Indian terms basically means never. Too many elections too many variables and the fact that the treaty is not scrapped but only suspended. Typical eyewash.

I want to confirm something with you guys, for IWT is there arny clause where a single party can't leave the treaty? Like even if we want to we can't exit it completely?

@ezsasa @mist_consecutive and others.

If Pak uses a tactical nuke on an Indian formation, I dont think a strategic India nuke strike is a foregone conclusion. There will be several rounds of chai-samosa baithaks and international pressure will be piled on to give peace a chance. And then there is our peej praaaij aspirant!

If India invades Pakistani territory and remains there for months, Pakistan will likely threaten to use battlefield nuclear weapons on its own soil. India, however, has a clear-cut policy of retaliating with full-fledged nuclear weapons against Pakistan even if Pakistan employs tactical nukes within its own borders— a full-scale nuclear strike by Pakistan on India is never a possibility.
