How do you think they came & started shooting in a highly militarised area? They all had local support. They blended in with army uniforms & were aware of all loopholes. Changing the mindset isn't a 4-5 year thing. It would need decades. How long are you gonna contain through military & expect nothing to happen? Army can't always 100% efficient. Nothing can be.
There are literally people in the mainland who are more worried about the image of locals rather than the victims.

there is a limit to the shamelessness.. in pahalgam the loss was ours and now here too. meanwhile saarr mudi blocked indus saar as if his words will magically alter the flow of gravity with absence of any dam or reservoir

Just like Art 370 couldn't go until it was done and dusted.

There was a material breach of treaty when World Bank initiated two different dispute resolution mechanisms parallelly which goes against the hierarchical usage mentioned in the treaty.
IWT is silent on the enforcement of treaty, just mentioning "continue in force until terminated" with no mention of the jurisdiction under which it can be enforced, makes it one more toothless treaty.

Don't worry about legal stuff, it's more about the will than the legalese. Throughout history even legally binding agreements have been used and thrown out as per the needs of the signatories.

That Simla agreement is violated by pakis many times and it’s almost dead. Nothing significant.
If they walk out of Simla agreement then we have to move troops beyond international border and capture Amarkot area and large space of area in Sindh we held which were given back to pak after that agreement.
