The purpose of calling your previous post, and for that matter, this reply, stupid is to point out the critical lack of understanding. Just cause something is technically feasible doesn't mean it is strategically sensible. MBRL systems are used for area suppression, not as a display of disproportionate power against a conventional enemy. The PHL 16 has 4 launch tubes, sure, but it is NOT a conventional MBRL. It is an MLRS!!!!! It launches tactical ballistic missiles. India has the Pralay, Prahar, and Pragati range of tactical missiles with 150-500 km range. The Pralay launch platform also has 6 launch tubes. Doesn't make it an MBRL!!!!!!!!Please don't use adjectives like 'stupid'. Using any form of abuse even if very mild in nature means that you don't have convincing logical arguments.
First the Chinese have the MBRL systems like the PHL- 16 and the PCL- 191 which have ranges from 350 to 500 kms.
If the PLA has seen sense in developing these very long range MBRL systems, you cannot call the professionals in the PLA stupid for their efforts.
You personally may not agree with the idea. Fine, but don't use words like stupid to artificially inflate your IQ level.
If you want an American type response 'I care a damn about your arguments'.
The idea per se is technically feasible.
The flowery statement that 'you can't just bomb the headquarters of a nuclear state' shows that you are chicken hearted. Okay, I respect your opinion but please don't deride the opinion of others.
For God's sake - You cannot win the war by by bombing the Rawalpindi GHQ of the Pakistan Army. Its more about delivering psychological blows to the enemy and degrade his morale.
If we want to end this diplomatically we can say
'we agree to disagree'
Or if you prefer an exchange of abuses, so be it.
See where the stupidity lies?
Now, coming to the point of bombing the Rawalpindi GHQ. Bombing the Army HQ of a sovereign nation is an act of War. It cannot be done as a "psy op". It will have a military response of the highest order. And, just cause a country of 1.5 billion people with the fastest growing economy in the world isn't unilaterally bombing the enemy's GHQ even before War is declared, doesn't make India chicken-hearted.
Your enthusiasm and rage are fine, Sir. But you are grossly misinformed.
