Russia can provide all the missiles it wants,but the Russian elint ability is puny compared to the US. As i said, in ELINT intel and aircraft carriers, usa = sum total of rest of the world combined.

The Russian Orbita system, designed for remote control of drones, was used for the first time in battles in Ukraine. The operator of the Russian FPV drone Ovod was in Moscow, the drone was launched in the Donbass, near the city of Chasov Yar. An episode of combat work in Ukraine, the Russian ZRPK "Tunguska-M", 18th combined arms army of the "Dnepr" group of forces. The Tunguska-M air defense is also used by the Ukrainian army.
