All our F-16s are assembled at Fokker in the Netherlands, but the parts are from the USA. And without Tampa's permission, they won't be able to fly, without AA missiles and other components.
About rare earths. A lot of noise. Lithium, scandium, etc. were explored back in the USSR, but there were no necessary technologies then. These technologies were provided by the West. I agree with your reasoning. Ukraine needs money now. And it’s their resources who they sell to. also about trump Putin relationship is fairly agree.
