Russian Ukrainian War

What they need is soldiers, but Zelensky wasted soldiers attacking Russia. What a tragic waste of men. They can't replace these men. Somebody should have told that to that idiot comedian.
He was going for sensational effect of claiming "Ukraine could invade Russia". Ukraine from the very beginning has been more interested in theatrics than substance.

At the beginning you were skeptical about how it can fight third-generation tanks. Now you say that the problem is not in the gun.
Concealment matters. And the new profile is quite tall for it's low frontal protection. Those ODS Bradleys are better armored than this Leo-Cockerill mashup. I never said the gun was bad even in my original post. In fact the Indian Zorawar light tank is using the same 3105 turret and high pressure 105mm gun. But the Zorawar is still lower in height. And the tanks the Zorawar might face (light armored Type 96s and Type 15 light tanks) and the wide open terrain, it's boils down to shoot first. But the Russians have started mounting heavy ERA on their tanks. 1HK probability for the 105mm HP gun get lowered in this scenario, although it can engage faster, reload fast, and is more accurate. What I'm trying to say here, is that the Leos will have a much more restricted use case than a T-90MS. So in a pinch the user might try to get more out of the tank, that the tank may not be suited to. That's all.

So this turret is also in light tanks. There is Indonesia next to you.
Maybe this is an attempt to bite off a piece of the pie, like with the Skyranger 35 on the Leo-1 chassis, which have now begun to be supplied to Ukraine, or it may interest potential buyers: for example, Turkey is already modernizing its Leo-1, but Greece is not yet.
Besides, it is better to have a bad tank than to have none at all. Therefore, the Russian occupiers have a third of their tanks T-55 and T-62.

Footage of an attack by Russian FPV drones used by operators of the 6th Army on a Ukrainian T-64BV tank. The video was filmed near the village of Kasyanovka, Kharkov region of Ukraine. T-64BV tanks were produced in the USSR at the Kharkov Malyshev Plant from 1976 to 1987. The Ukrainian T-64BV tank was attacked by several drones, causing its ammunition to explode.

That video was taken 3 years ago. None of those tanks have a protective cage against FPV drones.

Footage of a Russian FPV drone attacking a Ukrainian VAB armored personnel carrier, it is worth noting that there are fewer of them. The video was filmed in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. The VAB armored personnel carrier was developed in France by Renault and Savier in 1976 and was produced in different versions. As a result of the attack by Russian FPV drones, the Ukrainian VAB armored personnel carrier was destroyed.

Footage of a strike by a Russian, presumably 300mm Tornado-S MLRS missile on a Ukrainian airfield near the village of Barkovo, Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. The airfield housed An-2 aircraft, reportedly used for logistical purposes and to intercept Geranium drones. It is possible that they were simply used for agricultural purposes. Judging by the accuracy of the strike, a Tornado-S missile with GLONASS guidance was used. As a result of the missile strike, the An-2 aircraft received shrapnel damage.

An episode of the use of the Russian BMP-3 in combat operations in Ukraine. The location of the shooting is not reported. In the video, the Russian BMP-3 delivers an assault group and provides cover for it during landing. After the assault group lands, the BMP-3 retreats to its original positions. In this version, the BMP-3 is equipped with homemade protection like the Tsar-mangal. At the end of the video, an episode with the storming of one of the houses is added.

Footage of strikes by Russian kamikaze drones "Geran" and ballistic missiles Iskander on Kyiv, on the night of May 24. The video also shows the work of the Ukrainian air defense Patriot, made in the United States. As reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, 245 drones out of 250 were shot down. But Ukrainian journalist and video blogger Anatoly Shariy published a video recording 20 strikes by Geran drones, shown in an accelerated version. The strikes by Geran drones were aimed primarily at the Antonov plant, where, among other things, UAVs are assembled. A representative of the command of the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, reported that Russia had modernized the Iskander missiles, now the Patriot air defense cannot effectively work against them. According to him, the Iskander missiles now fire off radar decoys and attack the target along a quasi-ballistic trajectory. That is, now the missile maneuvers and does not approach the target in a straight line. As a result, Patriot air defense systems cannot effectively calculate the missile's interception point.

So now NAFO bozos are stealing quotes from Lindsey Graham "they will fight till the last person" and claim Putin is saying that when he's never said any such thing. Also Akim wonders why he failed geography in high school. He should have said that some of those regions and ethnic groups are Russian and have been part of Russia for 5 centuries. Go back to school moron.

Territorial defense was armed with the SPG Dana-M2.
This is a note to those who say that we are running out of weapons. From captured 80-mm blocks on pickups and the homemade Oksana self-propelled gun, territorial troops received full-fledged self-propelled howitzers and MLRS.

Addition. I do not communicate with the American pseudo-historian, but I want to note that I do not support the fact that the inhabitants of India fought for the interests of the British Empire.
And the Indian who supports the fact that other nations fight for the interests of the titular nation - himself dreams of restoring the British Empire.
Also, for those who think in a narrow format, I want to remind that since the time of the Assyrian kingdom, there were more continental empires than colonial empires.
