Maybe there's no such bilateral arrangement to inform them for that specific dam(because small dam 120 km away), and if I am not wrong... the dams are opened slowly and water isn't rushed out.

As per MEA spokie's reply there are 3 water observation stations b/w the dam and border through which realtime data sharing happens.
Any change in levels would have been intimidated to them.

It's not clear at what time intervals, but MEA confirms they shared data through these observation stations.

BD wallahs are assuming they will gain something by putting us on the defensive, there might be even some short term gains , for long term gains historically every time such tactic was used by parties belonging to our neighbours, usually parties adopting such tactics lose.

BNP tried, they lost last time.
mahatir tried, he lost.
niazi tried, he lost.
srilankan groups tried, they lost.
maldives tried, they mended their ways.

this is largely because GoI has a non-interference policy, they just wait for the polity of that country to play itself out and come to their senses.

in BNP case, under NDA 1 we had shanti vahini too to help them making right decision

strange....these mullahs said without "chullah" marji, even leaf cant move. r they saying indian walas r equal to chullah? who can bring floods on them😂. they should start worshipping indians, who can bring qayamat to them....😁😂
 
Since the corruption in bangbros is so much. Wonder these guys may stole money for the construction of Dams.

Lol. Recently KA state opened KSR and other dams due to water reaching max height. In TN PWD promptly asked people in low lying areas to take Precautions due to large water release.

These Activities were common in Indian states.

But in Bangbros even mis alignment of chaddi stiching will be blamed on India.

See some two years back, they were claiming BDs will live in floating houses like this before 2030 to escape the floods. Don't ask how they'll afford these.

With Previous PM being amicable to India, we had reasons to go soft on these halfDikers.
Now with hostile people in charge, it's pretty much hunting season.
