Not surprising if true. We get very few from Pakistan and China. Western tourists are also limited, even though every gora who comes for medical treatment is treated like royalty and shown in advertising videos.

We should try to buy stakes in Thai and Vietnamese hospitals and clinics that focus on medical tourism instead. Double win for Hindus and Buddhists.
Note that a significant portion of this sick Kanglu visitor revenue goes to fellow Bangladeshi Muslims in West Bengal, Assam etc. Recently, I read that a Bangladeshi company imported rice from a Muslim owned company in India. Even half the shop owners in Kolkata that complained about losses from lack of Kanglu tourists were Kanglus themselves.
