we need to throw them in ganga nd brahmputra etc rivers. if we consider their safety, then they should tied with bamboos nd logs...they will reach in their motherland without any permission of bangladeshi government. this method is cost free.

Needless to say here that I have considered pessimistic projections for India and highly optimistic for Bangladesh and Pakistan. Bangladesh hasn't been able to meet its pessimistic projections in last 3 quarters, leave alone optimistic ones.
