Will an Indian bike which has achieved unparalleled popularity in BD finally nullify the Boycott India trend & lessen the hate for India ?

Frankly I can't tell anymore whether our journalists are actually dumb or are being polite ? India to most malaun lungis is what the west is to the Middle East .

Abuse it day & night for being responsible for their plight & that of their country's but yearn to escape to the same west & having reached the west , attempt to turn it into the very sh!thole they escaped .

Admittedly there are plenty of such ingrates in the west & millions of malaun lungis in here .

If anybody here thinks SHW is going to return to power in BD they can forget it . BD doesn't occupy any part of the US's imagination which is the reason their interference to oust SHW came as a surprise.

Well , under Trump it'd be back to benign neglect. The only difference is Mohmmed Yunus stops getting any preferential treatment. How that plays out in terms of trade & aid remains to be seen.

Assuming India gets the right to play Sheriff in the sub continent by the US then it's a completely different ballgame though I've my doubts the Trump administration will go so far as to grant us such a carte blanche.

Of course Hasina wont be back.. not for a few years atleast.. She was genuinely unpopular among a large section due to her missteps.. But, now India gets to squeeze Yunuz more, as he will no longer have a hotline to the state department.. And if he doesnt play ball.. India can create conditions where his gov. will slowly start losing support..
