BIMARU States like UP and Bihar are literally useless… when they know they have huge population and labourers they can’t even use the opportunity to build Textile/garment factories To provide labour to locals. Instead they will migrate to south for the same daily wage jobs and every year these states gobbles up huge money from central govt.

It's all about leadership. Since Yogi came, UP has been growing at an extraordinary rate. Per capita has doubled. Investment grew in record numbers.
Bihar has always been shit & will keep on being so. They won't change.
