DFI earlier or DFB now, Indian posters actually have the discipline of sticking to main threads than littering place with unnecessary threads here is highly commendable.
For better accessibility and traceability for DFB's visitors, now and in the future to track projects chronologically and to keep DFB more organised and updated at least regarding Indian spaceflight against all other forums including defence and dediacted spaceflight forums, let's adhere to a single pattern for posting so that tradition continues regardless of current members getting inactive and new members taking over.
Launch: Rocket-Variant Flight no. - Spacecraft name (aka altername name, Country if other than India or agency)/Spacecraft 2 (Country or agency) - Launch Date Launch time (IST)
For human rated spaceflight (including unmanned crew rated spacecraft experiment or cargo replenishment missions)
Spaceflight: Rocket-Variant Flight no. - Mission name, Spacecraft name (Crew-1 name & country, Crew-2 name & country....) - Launch Date and Launch Time (IST)
For example
Launch: PSLV-XL C59 - PROBA-3 x 2 (Occulter and Coronagraph, ESA)/MOI-TD (Takeme2Space) - 5 December 2024 16:12 IST
or
Spaceflight: HLVM3 G1 - Gaganyaan-1, Gaganyaan (No crew, Vyommitra android) - Launch Date Launch time
Parameters which go beyond permissible thread title length or not available can be conscised or skipped. As time & other parts are updated, mods will be there available for updating the title.
If somebody is usually available, requesting them to create a thread for ISRO related NOTAMs and NAVAREA warnings & a separate thread for Indian astronomy than general S&T thread.
I'm keeping thread open for suggestions (and not for unnecessary posting or discussion).
Regards

- ISRO's General News thread: Stick general or administrative, financial, announcements, expos or miscellaneous news than putting every post here instead of taking a minute to search relevant threads. It is understood that certain facets may not fit elsewhere but most of what we post in that thread is.
- Specific threads regarding launch vehicles, human spaceflight, planetary exploration, launch schedule or special spacecraft or mission like NISAR or SPADEX are there already. Stick to them for relevant news.
- For covering launches, we can uniformly create relevant threads soon as nearby date is issued and stick to only discussion for launch on that particular threads.
