Our boys should start using hollow point or ammo where the claws expand upon impact with the soft tissue or finish em off with the black tip tungsten core round. While ball ammo (FMJ rounds) comply with the Hague convention, we're not dealing with a professional military but barbaric terrorists and it's important to be ruthless

Note how 16'' barrels are inadequate using even AP rounds in the next test. This is because you need at least 2880 ft/s muzzle velocity through advance (XSAPI) NIJ LVL 4 body armor.

Sig 716i can be given a 20'' barrel alongside the M993 round to be able to punch through advance (special forces) NIJ LVL 4 body armor.
6.8x51mm (.277 Fury) (135g) in a 13'' barrel gives the same performance as a 7.62x51mm M80A1 (~147g) fired using a 20'' barrel so that something to think on for the future.
It can easily destroy NIJ LVL III+ plates because India tends to use steel tipped M80A1 style ball ammunition.
For recon and sniper unit leaf suit used in Ukraine will be fine addition
I have seen this suit being used by both side in big numbers and this suit also conceal your thermal signature and I am mostly sure none of Indian sf have noted the use of this leaf suit i think something similar to it will be useful in kashmir and northeast and if sf/ army demand for it same thing can be devloped for desert and mountain camo for ladakh and thar desert
They use the leaf suits idk about the thermal insulation part
and maybe a good belt setup too? could take more important stuff off the carrier bag and replace it with an assault pack (lighter)

Sounds good but too straight forward and logical for us to take these steps and there is nothing called F Insas it's just gov way of keeping votes of common folks who knows jackshit about gear and will give vote thinking something is happening especially in military villages where decades of generations have been part of military.
