Then the top two options have the neck strap. The Sidewinder compact II also has a clip on it. so you have options to mount it on your vest with the clip or wear it around your neck.

I absolutely hate wearing the common transparent earpieces. They hurt my ear real bad after prolonged use. Invisio apparently also offers custom ear moulds for perfect fit. I wish they were more commonly available.
Will eventually move to a normal boom mic headset.
