it's better to wait and watch; if trump really wanted to buy 'neutrality' of Russia over his plans to provoke wars with china, he would've agreed to see Russian state as 'equal' (superpower?) to the US but this thing alone is debatable, at crux it means they're going to 'there are only two superpowers, and we wished to maintain it' means globalisation going to reverse gear, but it'll also divide various nations or states among groups

Trump wont get impeached, short of being caught red-handed giving putin. The end. Republicans are not in the business of committing suicide with their base, neither are the democrats and trump impeacement is a no bueno scenario till mid-terms at the very least.

He has pretty much unrestricted power till end of 2026 December(i.e till the next house and Senate mid term elections when some seats will be up for grabs). Impeaching him is very difficult, requires 2/3rds super majority(>66 votes) in senate, and democrats have almost never gotten super majority in the past few decades.

Though I think DOGE related job and spending cuts might prove very unpopular. Unemployment is gonna go up.

I myself am not sure whether he is just a chutiya who is being manipulated by Deep State to do their dirty work ( dumping Ukraine ) unknowingly or have they compromised and tamed him after 4 years of Budhen-raaj.

What russia cares for,is US ELINT given to Ukraine by USAF planes flying 24/7 feeding data to Ukraine ground control. To at least have vision of your enemy. If Trumpwa turns the skies around Ukraine dark, THEN Russia will celebrate militarily.

Otherwise its a much smaller deal than people are making if Ewwrope just strarts to dump its arms in ukraine.
