Are these integrated kneepads a straight upgrade over the external kneepads?
Read some discussion here a while back.

Also are these integrated kneepads pants expensive?

seem to be integrated, cant answer the part where you asked it's cost
these masks are a seperate attachment which can be attached to the helmet as an attachment. I have mostly seen it with airsofters, dont know why SAS use them, but I have also seen 24 STS have them
