That is why there are aptitude tests.

Chutias apply for every job but it is the job of the organisation to filter them out.

And basically our education system is such that our jawans mostly and officers to an extent have no aptitude and have joined to come out of poverty as it is a good prospect.

There was a news of a General complaining about Female CO and said in one case the CO expected Sub Maj to open her door and got upset..Do u think such cartoons have aptitude to fight and win??

Long ago i said women are milking the forces and someone said how..i didnt reply…theres more and slowly it will also come out.

The people who have aptitude are not allowed to reach higher ups.

Plus to change such things works out real slow like whole generations but the newer ones have been brainwashed into the same mindset + the urge to showoff and flex is more I guess.

We have been limited to think that self-development comes after good financial and social situation and in process of following such paths we end up thinking these both are the same.
so that leaves us an army of idiots oversaturating a profession just to get that financial and status state. Look at the west how those guys develop themselves individually and even use their achievements in the process to get admissions through college applications model and then make a career out of it (obviously not all interests end up in a successful career but is better than oversaturating old school occupations)
I dont know if this makes sense

Aviator braah any opinion on why we never saw a veteran as Defence minister?
I mean general VK singh should be the most logical choice.

+ VK singh's past controversies, they tend to keep ex servicemen away from defence like some how this ex serviceman will activate still serving contacts to take control

Really still after see quads and that gear being used for crowd control and not single shield i get they were going for asthetics and tacticool and were trying to intimidation well no one was intimidated even civis were toying them trying to snatch thier rifles and counter wieght
Rok tear one sf is either incompetent or there were conscript tomorrow with 50k gpnvg who didn't knew how diff mission changes your gear
Frankly their gear were expensive as hell and really good but for crowd control this gear was absolute shit and who t f deploys their 1 sf for crowd control and coup
Up police would have done lot better than them
