For example, in a Protestant church they'll always have a bare cross i.e. an empty cross and the Catholic church would have a cross with Jesus on it.
Secondly, the Vatican may talk about the rights of a Christians as a whole, but they consider Protestants as heretics and they are not going to finance any Protestant missions under any circumstances.
