This was from 2015. Back then the biggest criticism of su57 was its exposed fan blades. Well.....looks like russians figured that out


They did pretty good job shielding the fan blades

An alleged RF blocker is in front of fan, but the blocker is visible.


In F-22 & F-35 also there are blockers but also hidden by serpentine & Y-duct, that's 1 step more.

Is this just a ground test prototype of a flight worthy one? I see it has weapons bay as well, I really hope this is a flight and weapons test worthy prototype. Any idea when is the FF for this program?

On a side note, I find the Ghatak scale.model very well made too. Very clean looking design and manufacturing

Nobody makes "ground test" prototype.
If a prototype is made it is made to fly.
