actually its reprieve.. gives India to chance to start working on breaking people from coalition. And it shall happen in time...

Will be interesting to see the influx of kanglus now and how well we are able to contain them. Last time it happened, we failed miserably.

Best opportunity for us to implement NRC. Also, if Mamta begum tries to play around, we have a profound reason to get rid of her.

we shall fail this time too... Whatever we have rag tag defence doctrine - it has only Pakistan mostly and china occasionally as focus. BD is placed along SL, Nepal and Bhutan - at same level. Had there been any seriousness regarding BD infiltration. You would have had much more strengthened border management.
Opposition is banking on BD infiltration as its future - while BJP has given up on future and is just enjoying dream run at power for now than to worry about future.

If US is interfering in Kangludesh, what could be the reason behind it? They won't interfere just for the sake of interfering. There are no natural resources like Oil or any stuff which is valuable in that swap land. The only thing going for that swap land is Textile exports which is only happening because of the West blessing. That is not worth interfering. Is US pissed off that swap land chose Russia to build their nuclear power plant? Possibly, we also had protests in TN regarding the same when a slave cum puppet was PM who himself said on record that protests are fueled by foreign hands.

But that is not adding up. The total cost including cost escalation of nuclear power plant being built in swap land doesn't go beyond $15 billion. That is the amount of money their federal reserve can print in a day. So nothing to see there. There is something else at play. Perhaps, a port in swap land provides a greater access for US navy to choke Malacca strait in the event of Chinese takeover of Taiwan? If that's the case then Indonesia or Malaysia would be far better option for their naval base. Singapore is their closest ally. Even Philippines would make more sense. Or we are just imagining something that doesn't exist. Hasina was becoming unpopular for long. It was just a matter of time.
