Last time during the caretaker Military government in Bangladesh, the CIA operatives suffered a massive purge (incl. death sentences). Who allowed CIA to run the show and infiltrate the government agencies? The incumbent BNP government. That is the primary reason behind the Indian aversion to BNP.
