the will of people pretty much ends at electing the person. They have zero say on anything that happens afterwards for the most part.
Again, that is still democracy. Democracy = will of people reflected isnt the definition of democracy. People can elect an absolute dictator and so long as majority vote = dictator, its a democracy.
