Intelligence agencies should be on red alert for any Bangladeshi/Rohingya sleeper cells in India for terror related threats.

Critical infrastructure like airports, ports, shipyards, powerplants, factories, godowns, mines, military bases should create buffer zones against illegal encroachment.

Border fencing must be completed ASAP as there is now the distinct possibility of cross border terror camps like in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, being established in Bangladesh.
