Burnaby has long since been the district of choice for NDP leadership to run from, being that it is the safest NDP seat in Canada : Entire motto of Burnaby is ' we are/used to be the affordable suburb city of vancouver, where all the hard working middle class without rich daddies/husbands live in the greater vancouver area' and pretty much everyone there is in trades/unionized jobs/health sector etc. and **LOVE** anyone who goes ' we need more unions, hare krishna hare union, hare krishna, hare unions'.
WHICH IS WHY JAGGU BHAI RAN FROM BURNABY , just as JACK LEYTON (the actual NDP social democrat who built the party, then died) ran from and tooled everyone, coz if you do the NDP naaraa of 'hare krishna, hare unions, hare rama, hare benefits, hare hare' , you auto win BBY for federal elections.
No questions asked,hasn't been asked for 20+ years.

And if Jaggu bhai loses his seat/loses BBY, that will be a catastrophic blow to NDP - this would be like TMC losing kolkata south/bhajeepav losing like somnath seat in gujjuland or something crazy bad for the party, not just him.

With NDP gone, the balance for Canada will swing decisively for the conservatives, basically because Libbus are facking idiots and facked the economy good and it will take decades to unfuck it, giving cons ammo for a long, long time and the only other perma-present party in Canada - the BQ - are just ' bend over for the frogs + quebec ko free things de do, fir baat karo' party and dont give two flying facks about any actual liberal progressive agendas or the conservative ones, they are just the Frenchie mosquito party and will go with whomever they can get more blood out of.

That will be the contribution of Jaggu bhai to canadian geo-politics : decimation of the NDP and acceleration towards an america-like 2 party system with one extra middle sized bloodsucker party ( BQ) thats from Bloodsucker part of Canada ( the kashmir of Canada that didnt go as much the violent route as the gib free shit else we whine more route).
