Ha ha please. Ukraine was heavily supported by western nations and Russia did smash all the way to Kiev and overran 1/4 of Ukrainian territory, which was like 3 or 4 times the size of Kuwait. Iraq never received the level of support that Ukraine got or the real time intel that allowed Ukrainian troops to escape traps or lay down ambushes that would stall Russian advances.

Iraq was laughable state, their military was shit, their training was shit, their motivation was, majority surrendered to save their ass after few weeks of pounding.
While Russia did fuck up in ukraine in the start, but again for 3+years ukraine is constantly getting weapons from west, for example Russia destroys a air defense of ukraine, boom west provides another, ukraine would have also caved in few months if they didn't get constant resupply by west.
Along with having outdated but strong base doctrine and tactics and the use to asymmetric warfare all of which iraqi military lacked.
Ukraine war is much more comparable to Vietnam than to Iraq.

They didn't knwo if their tactics are well, if their communication systmes are potent in high electronical jamming etc...

That has more to do with the capability US has of fighting halfway around the world.
But again if russia had Iraq under saddam on its border without any external support, even with initial shitty tactics they had they will still win in few months, tho the problem will arise after that with militants popping up.

They have been training and evolving for decades for Taiwan against US.
As for the experience, as said before US also does not have any experience in the type of war that will fought in South China Sea.
