IT Home reported on July 25 that Apple announced in March this year that it would expand the scale of its application research laboratories in China, including enhancing the capabilities of its Shanghai research center and opening an application research laboratory in Shenzhen later this year to deepen cooperation with local suppliers.

According to Caixin, the application research laboratory established by Apple in Shenzhen is about to be put into operation. The research directions of this laboratory will focus on the reliability, quality, and materials analysis testing of products such as the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.

Apple has invested over 1 billion yuan in its application research laboratory and stated that this investment will continue to grow. The laboratory helps engineering and design teams test prototypes, make improvements, and work closely with suppliers to enhance efficiency and save time.



Apple stated that the new technologies used in the iPhone 15 Pro, such as titanium and Face ID, as well as new products like the Apple Vision Pro, benefit from the simulations conducted by this application research laboratory.

Over the past five years, Apple’s R&D team in China has doubled in size, with research centers established in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Shenzhen; Apple has created over 5 million jobs in China through direct employment, the supply chain, and the iOS app economy over the past 30 years.

If in the forum rules says posting this is illegal you are right, but Rockdog like a good Humao claimed India will not surpass China with a video, posting the % India grew last year is totally correct since it shows economic grow goes correlated to Globalization and size of population and degree of economic development but it seems you like darkness, and since statistically % of economic grow are given for selected countries.

It is obvious China is disaccelerating because also their economy is achieving a degree of industrilization where oversupply can not improve the life standards of the whole population without affeccting subsidies and the pockets of the CCP, less developed economies usually grow faster but the per capita dollar increase is smaller.

USA has a GDP of 85000 Dollars per capita, take a percentage of 2% growth and the growth is higher that Zambia that has something much smaller regardless the economy of Zambia grows faster, so do not play the guarding of helin Humao and later the legalistic, and in economics since we live in a globalized world growth% comparasions are important due to trade between nations so pretty much you are helins supporter, if you can not see oversupply lead to defletation and this has been combated by trade export policies by the Chinese to the Global south

Also, Indian factories have low iPhone yield rates (only about 50%) and hygiene issues, including high E. coli levels. These problems hurt product exports to Europe and mainland China, impacting sales.

Ever heard of low yield rates of cell phones ? What's it supposed to mean ? Or poor hygiene affecting quality of phones ? If this is not propaganda , I don't know what is .

i do not take things personnal, if you want to know I do not dislike Rockdog, the disagreements he has with me in part are cultural, I post news that contradict his news because the world is like that, same with you; you can be a guy who saves my life if you are a doctor, or my daughter becomes friend with someone in your family, but here is a forum, as such we discuss news, and every one has a different opinion depending in the background they have.

You can ignore me that is okay the only thing i ask you is if you discuss news at least accept there are different views, The more I learn about both China and India, I get more myths broken.

Specially in technology and economics however the more you know about a topic the more you learn to accept people, I do not dislike Chinese, I have even Japanese wife and Chinese relatives (well they are descendants of Chinese forebears and now they look Mexican, some even married mexican jews, and some even are blonde)

The more I learn about India or China the more I learn about the reality, because a country is very difficult to analyse, but if you opine let other counter opine; the Helin poster tried to silence me in a dirty way and you did his bidding. You are free to talk or opine as you like but let others do the same.
