I mean no disrespect but If we have to discuss all jet fighters, helicopters, cargo, tankers, AWACS, MBTs, IFVs, artillery, submarines, frigates, corvetes, aircraft carrier, destroyer, etc in one thread, it is a big headache for everyone. 15 pair of people will talk about 15 products. The pages in thread will grow in 100s rapidly.:fyeah::gtfo: Every member doesn't wan't to track every product, its news, development. We will get DFB notifications more than our SMS, private email, office email, social media combined. All of us will have to broom & mop all day long. 🧹🌄🌃

Appreciate your hardwork with creating a large repository.

However, the forum need to be free of clutter. DFI has so many sections filled with 100s of 1-page threads.

We need to avoid clutter and have high quality forum with ease of usability.

Exactly, free of clutter, means well organized branches for usability. Clutter in personal repository is personal problem, i showed it to tell you that data is more than enough.
But remember, you have volunteered to be admin to look at every notification, not the members. Nobody wants more notifications for everything, more than their emails, SMS, social media. It might actually compel them to ignore entire DFB for long. I ignored DFI in last 2 years & when i came back it shut down, LOL!

Good move. Ghee is a body requirement for endurance and strength training when taken in adequate quantity.
But in our country it's being consumed like water. Our dietary habits is so much screwed.
Consuming protein is still considered a sin. People have 0 understanding of nutrition in India.
People who make such reels should be paraded.
Fats are for aerobic exercises at vo2 max 60-70% in zone 1 and 2 specifically for endurance and strength.
Carbohydrates are needed for anaerobic exercises at vo2 max(80-120%) in zone 4-5 for high intensity training which last for 20 seconds max.
Proteins for the muscles repairment and recovery.
