AASI arrived first and their religion is mostly unknown. High probability that Shiva was the main deity.

Than came Iranian, Iranian and AASI lived side by side and mixed their culture.

Main deities being Shiva, Shakti(Durga), Varuna, Agni and such.
Than came steppe which most likely created the concept of Brahma Visnu Mahesh.

So many malpractices and ill-activates are booming in society again: Launda Naach, Leud Dance Mandali, tharki elder uncles prying on young girls, etc-etc in Multiple states.
These are not limited to North or few states but happens around the country.​

I used to frequent there during 2010-12 times. Read so many books covering Indus Valley civilization and earliest mention of Gods being worshipped in the Indus valley region as well in the Gangetic plains.

The earliest mention on any God is Proto-Shiva. Most Vedic gods came much later. You will very easily find answers on which God came from where and which God went where!​

But the irony is that we're perhaps the only country in the whole world which explicitly mentions scientific temperament as a fundamental duty and still have it in the levels comparable to sub-Saharan countries.

We have screwed so many things in the name of culture and traditions.

Our food and diet are currently messed up, but we defend all habits strongly in the name of western interference and preserve the traditions. There is no focus on balance of Carbs, Protein, fat and fiber in the Diet.
There is no sporting culture in majority of places. The sportsman and athletes we are producing are relatively smaller sample size compared to bulk of nations around the globe.​
