On a serious note, something has happened and that too at such a large scale that I had never even imagined of let alone ever seeing.

So it all started with Spadex's comparison of Indian Vs PLA soldier. Even for his post that one got too much traction and I guess it was the starting point of this "civilians questioning army" thing.

And then came the ANI podcast and all hell broke loose. Trust me I've never seen civilians engaging this blatantly with the establishment and asking questions at this level. Also I had never expected such respected veterans and pseudonym accounts and defence pages to go "I don't know much about their criticism but how can they use such language"

I don't think you guys understand the problem here. You cannot use derogatory language against the armed forces or make unfounded allegations against them . It's against the law of the land & can invite penal action if the authorities choose to pursue the case.

There are other ways you can criticise the armed forces or those in charge without resorting to such offensive language. Have a look at the SS hellfire's posted & tell me which person in a position of authority will condone such language. The most charitable one will call that loose talk but there's still no guarantee they won't move against you . There's a difference between drawing room conversation & chatting in a public domain. Has that got to be explained as well to an adult audience ?

Instead of maintaining a low profile or dousing flames guys here including certain moderators & administrators are fanning it .

Now it's quite possible hellfire is acting with a motive or is generally frustrated for some odd reason & sees DFB as a soft target but he's made SS of some posts & posted them on SM for everyone to see while tagging everyone from the GoI to the armed forces.

The least you can do is parley with hellfire , take down the offending posts & promise to be more vigilant in future or you can ignore hellfire & do the rest .

If you don't do both & someone from those tagged takes notice , all hell'd break loose here . It's as simple as that . Alternatively you can sit tight & take your chances which is none of those tagged will take cognizance , a risky proposition if you ask me. At least appreciate the seriousness of the situation.

in this forum we want best for armed forces we are just frustrated we question lack of mordenisation efforts
We question why doesn't indian army orders indian weapons which even exported to other country
Whap , atags , mgs, tapas ,lch prachand, and much more lot of indian weapon are awaiting orders if it was chinease all the system above would have been mass manufactured by now and wouldn't be awaiting orders

I saw him threatening the forum too. My answer to him and a few others who think they can attack the Defence forum of Bharat is, do not live in a fool's paradise. While I was not active here a good number of activists have joined my effort which I will reveal later on. It would be nonsensical on their part to think that such threats will be not taken personally and answered in person for the same very reason.

The forum is read by people in NDA and a few other top officials. They consistently need to map narratives to use when confronting SM storms launched by compromised parties and enemies. They value our presence.

They understand who are the troll accounts and who are the serious accounts. They also know what info is good to look at and what to reject. Hellfire has a history of being inconsistent which he is free to but I will request him without any ill will to take it easy. He can always join and make suggestions.
