Singapore is a city-state, located in between the busiest shipping lanes of the world. They had the chance to build their city into a modern city, we didn't. We are not wealthy enough to have those ultramodern cities and demolish all slums and rebuild every square inch, it will take decades to reach developed status (if at all we'll be able to reach there) and decades to stay in the developed nation category to amass enough wealth to be like Japan/SoKo of today. It is easy for smaller countries to get rich compared to larger ones.

To address corruption, they r giving big salary to govt employees and very strict punishment and fain if anyone conduct corruption. Why can’t we implement like that?
