This is what we do since decades! Except that authorities decide between bringing structure down or waiting it out since GOI pays to have the damaged / destroyed structure rebuilt in interest of maintaining "Kashmiriyat" etc

Not really. Establishment decides ROE & procurement and things move very slowly here unless there is a wider war thrust on us or immense of political pressure. Band-Aid moves to assuage public rona-dhona is the norm to keep the gravy train running

7. It certainly didn't take 2 decades of RFIs & RFQs to source those armoured cars and their replacements will also happen in short timeframes, so they aren't really bothered if it takes damage. They use them as part of raid stratergy, we only allow them to be used to save our boys from suprise attacks during movement

8. If the Israeli raid team is suprised or ambushed or taking too many casualties, helicopter gunships, armed drones and bomb laden F-teens will arrive at very short notice and flatten the area burying anything that breathes and call it a day

The biggest point is IDF fights the war as holywar where as Indian forces are protecting secularism.
Israelis are clear about their objectives. Hamas and Hezbollah are also very clear.

If Indian forces take Kashmir issue as holywar, then Pakistan is in deep sh*t.

Two entirely different entities are dealing with these issues. IA has far more resources from funding, equipment, ability to use every intel agency while most naxal encounters are dealt by CRPF along with local state police and anti-naxal units like Andhra-Telangana Greyhounds. BSF was used in certain instances for naxal ops though

Majority of naxals still use age old weapons like bolt-action rifles or AKs' with piss poor training. They've seen success with ambushes using IEDs but failed miserably when CRPF takes the fight to them while paki scums are trained & backed by PA, SSG, ISI and the chinese. No wonder we're seeing M4s' (both Dara made and US remnants in Afghanistan) to NVGs, PCs, optics etc along with significantly superior training, tactics and strategy lately

Myanmar has been a safe haven for NE militant and separatist groups for quite some time while naxals can't venture outside our borders. We can replicate the same success only if GoI is bold enough to allow our forces to cross the border on a regular basis to decimate terrorist command structures and eliminate from the grass root level

If SFs' have the same restriction as in Kashmir to not cross the border, the risk of us taking casualties is actually higher
