One of the inbred bastards who attacked our unarmed off-guard soldiers in a tent in Kulgam last year

What's the difference between our ROE & SOP compared to the west or Israelis when a militant is holed up in a building since we've repeatedly seem em' escape in recent times despite having multiple layers of cordon

1. Israelis seem to be permitted live firing at will towards OWGs & onlookers despite no indication of any physical threat (not even stone throws!)

2. This indicates they are least concerned with civilian casualties from collateral damage and can operate much more freely

3. The are trained heavily for urban combat since that is what they usually face,

4. Israelis were pioneers in integrating drones into their SOPs and they have likely iterated & refined its usage in different scenarios. That structure & its surroundings in the above video was probably under surveillance much before they raided

5. Pocket size micro-drones were already being used by IDF to peer inside buildings at-least six years ago and many units will likely be equipped with it although I could not spot any indication that one was used in this raid

6. Israel does not rebuild those Gaza homes at tax payers cost nor do they bother too much with Human Rights pretenders, so debriefing after the raid will be much more brief than ours even if mistakes were made

7. It certainly didn't take 2 decades of RFIs & RFQs to source those armoured cars and their replacements will also happen in short timeframes, so they aren't really bothered if it takes damage. They use them as part of raid stratergy, we only allow them to be used to save our boys from suprise attacks during movement

8. If the Israeli raid team is suprised or ambushed or taking too many casualties, helicopter gunships, armed drones and bomb laden F-teens will arrive at very short notice and flatten the area burying anything that breathes and call it a day

Except for your last point, there's nothing stopping us from replicating the same. If IA thinks gunships are overkill, bring the structure down using Carl Gustavs. As for equipment like UAVs, micro-drones and armored vehicles, it's actually a lot easier for us to build economies of scale given our large quantity requirements

Paras should solely be used to hunt down when terrorists escape into the deep jungles or mountains but if they're holed up in an urban structure, carve out a unit in RR specifically meant for urban CT ops coupled with JKP SOG as the primary SWAT unit. Maybe have NSG guys on rotation since they're being under utilized anyway and it's good to gain exposure of real-time combat to fine-tune their SOPs
