The soldier's family... the ethnic groups that are sending their men... the Hindu religion... all are at a loss

The entire thing needs a Change... at mental level... and the forces at material level.

An army & govt that couldn't study & learn & adapt to counter this new reality in 3 yrs(started exactly 3 yrs ago with Rajouri ambush)... what can be said?

The jihadi zeal, the perseverance to fight the infidel in Kashmir is derived from the fall of Constantinople(qustuntunia, now Istanbul) in 1453 after approx 800 yrs of repeated islamic attacks...

Those of us who have gone through jihadi material & Paki media may know this... the Russian defeat in Afghanistan only served as a trigger.

& here we are giving them the long term opportunity slowly bleeding ourselves...losing the best of our men(gene pool) to our own fallacies(rigid belief constructs both political & military).

Opt for the final solution otherwise... I am sorry to say in this manner... Islamic perseverance prevails in any long term situation... history is witness.

Our Demographics are altering very fast... it's not about the military age population... it's about the ideological tilt of neoconverts and an increasing liberalism influenced population who have zero shatrubodh.

Solve this before the demographic advantage starts fading away in next decade.

only SF in the world that is content getting ambushed in every ops. Do the top commanders genuinely feel no shame? After the 5th ambush, surely you will want to try out something new. And why is the SF even being called for such ops in the first place.

Maybe Search and Destroy Operations for SF would work better. Like the older days, roaming around in small teams taking the fight to their hideouts and not being put as damage control

That's too risky anyone can inform their presence to terrorists .
Unless they are going to use air force nothing will stop.
 
Nothing is gonna change ever. Our stupid politicians have no strategic sense & long term plan of action. Pakistan will not stop bleeding us ever . It seems modi has decided to take on hits from Pakistan until our armed forces & economy are ready & we've a resilient supply chain which I guess will take 25 years at least. Until then we'll lose our men to Jihadi swines regularly .

What conflict in Kashmir.. this is too low intensity .. Considering whats happening and number of casualties in Gaza, Ukriane this kashmir chutiyapa with 10 soldiers or terrorists killed in a month.. doesnt deserve any attention of Trump.. This counter insurgency of fighting enemy in own terrirtory where you have time, ammo, survelliance, number of men to India's advantage is bread and butter for our counter insurgrncy focussed Army and Political establishment.. This is thr only fight our military and weak military industrial establishment is capable of fighting.. We will fight this for 100 years, without forcing the issue with Pakistan

These pigs are coming in with NATO tier afghan loot(nvg's, bpj, m4's armour piercing bullets etc). At this point even bantu tier dictatorships and terrorists are probably better armed than our basic infantry. We start sending them in and they become instant cannon fodders. So we have no choice but to send in the SF.

IA likes to do all kinds of jhumla on twitter about modernization showing robotic dogs and other fantasies. But how hard can it be to just get the basics right.

Heck, even the paras in some of the tweets I saw recently are still wearing the patka helmet. Ops core or mku ballistic helmets should've been standardized by now.

Until the commanders and generals responsible for training,tactics or modernisation are not sacked, nothing going to change.
Also people who are there to ensure responsibility that is defence minister will keep behaving like Gandhi’s monkey what can one even one expect.

If army walas keep losing brave heart soldiers and do not learn instead fights civilians on SM. What can one hope for.

This is cope and we will never be ready, Mudi won't always be on the chair, BJP won't always be in power.
Even if he is and Bhajipo is we will always fear sanctions and investor pigeons running away over "escalation" and war with Pakistan ad infinitum, 25 years 50 years, 75 years when the greens become the majority and it's all over

We admire the 10 foot China man but even he ails from this same disease of pussification-via-dhandho, preparing for muh Taiwan invasion for so, so long but doing nothing, it's just that the countries that Chinku bullies are bigger pussies than him.

Without some local support Terrorist can't even move 100m leave aside carrying out an ambush. It is clear where the basic problem is. Be it out of fear, or monetary help or ideology. Forming state government could get you some more intel, but actual problem lies across the LOC. There is no will in the political leadership to actually solve this Kashmir issue on both sides. It helps in elections. Now I am of an opinion that military also knows it. There is no need to blame any one except the people only who do not wish to foresee the future.
