Iaf assured 120 mk2s however follow up of 180 is expected

We should also focus on small aesa multi panels to easily mount them on vehicles. Also, ask ARDE to make something similar to M320 using 30x113mm airburst ammo and before you say just use bmp2 2a42 cannon, see that it's quite big and uses a much bigger round. What we want is a compact cannon and airburst ammo can be effectively used against infantry as well.

Also, developing laser guided 70/80mm rockets is also desirable both for this role and for heli usage.
Microwave DEW should also find place in future iterations.

I think we are behind in this thing and haven't any current programs for above tech.

Once developed, should be easily mountable on future ficv and Whap hulls.

however mounting a 30×165mm gun on tanks and other ground vehicles is going to be very problematic (those guns will weigh over 150kg + not to mention the weight of the RCWS)
Even 30×113mm are really heavy in that regard (XM 914 weighs 80kg and has very high recoil) we need something even lighter something with energy levels similar to 20mm rounds.
So may I recommend to revive predecessor of the modern 30×113 the 30×86mm ADEN low velocity calibre by the Brits.
The resulting gun would be extremely light (similar to M621 basically under 50kg), the ammo would be lighter too, will have no problem using programmable airburst ammo (unlike 25 or 20mm rounds), and will have much less recoil compared to 30×113mm

So overall a win win the only downside would be the range due to the lower velocity

yet to see any proof of a programmable proximity fuse being used with this ammo. Most likely it should be having just a proximity fuse, just hope that it's sensitive for anti drone use.

And if we truly were able to develop a 3P ammo like fuze for 30mm ammo. Same can be used for 23mm and 40mm AD ammo.
