How tf can anyone touch 1900 AQI that too despite not celebrating Diwali or having any sizeable industry? Auschwitz would've had better AQI I presume.

What a comedy-stan. Doesn't it also mean that those who are in line for promotion to chiefs will have to wait longer or may not be eligible for promotion (they still have the 64 age limit for retiring generals etc if they arent arelady a chief) they might have by the time their chief retires? Won't that hit morale and maybe even cause some fudging of ages and dobs?
