Sidhu Jat King Sanghar was waiting for him to join with his 3000 men. They both marched towards Delhi together and met with resistance from Ibrahim Lodhi's army at Panipat. Sidhu Jat King Sanghar and his Sidhu Jat soldiers fought alongside Babur's Army against Ibrahim Lodhi's army and most of Sidhu Jat soldiers were Killed in Action and Sidhu Jat King Sanghar killed while fighting on 21st April 1526 in first Battle of Panipat. King Sanghar was ancestor of present day Royal family of Patiala. Captain Amrinder Singh (Sidhu) the Pitalia Maharaj is descendent of King Sanghar.
