Divisional Superintendent of Railways in Balochistan confirmed 10 deaths including the driver and 9 Pakistani soldiers who were going on vacation. 235 passengers were traveling in economy, 41 AC lower, 24 AC business and 6 AC sleeper in Jaffar Express. More casualties.
